The website we developed and maintain comprehensively serves Huoneistokeskus’s diverse audiences: home buyers, sellers, and corporate clients. Since its launch, we have continued to maintain the service. Simultaneously, we analyze goal achievement with the help of comprehensive analytics monitoring. The platform’s performance, user behavior, and conversions are closely tracked and studied. Using this data, we continuously enhance the service to make it even more successful.

This data is seamlessly integrated into the website via integrations. In the other direction, data such as contact information is sent directly to agents from the website.

The primary target groups of the service are home buyers and sellers. In addition, the website is used by companies and Huoneistokeskus’ own staff, primarily agents.

Home buyers are served with high-quality content, such as a home buyer’s guide. When a user decides to search for properties for sale by Huoneistokeskus, the property search intuitively assists them. Properties for sale are presented in an eye-catching and clear manner.

When a user decides to submit a contact request, the agent’s contact information and contact form are immediately available. The information from the form is immediately sent to the agent, ensuring seamless communication, allowing agents to quickly respond to potential customer inquiries.

For home sellers, the website features an agent search, office location search, price test, and online appointment booking calendar. The goal is to lower the threshold for contact and assist the customer even before reaching out.
