We renewed the shopping center Itis’ website and intranet to meet modern usage needs and business goals. The digital service suite combines a sleek mobile-first interface, intuitive usability, and customized functionalities that enhance the digital customer experience for both Itis’ visitors and the businesses operating within the center.

According to analytics, up to 80% of the usage of Itis’ website is done via smartphones. Therefore, the design of the interface was based on the mobile-first design principle.

Versatile Content Management
The website, built with WordPress and its Gutenberg editor, provides Itis with versatile tools for various campaign needs.
Features Tailored for Different User Groups
Visitors to the Itis website are served with smart store search, filterable store listings, and map functionalities.
The WordPress Multisite feature was used to create an extranet for stores operating in Itis. The stores update various information through the intranet, some of which is dynamically integrated into the public itis.fi site, including:
- Store basic details
- Opening hours
- Promotions
- Lunch menus
- Sales reporting

Itis’ tailored digital service solution has achieved excellent results since its launch. Additionally, the feedback from the stores regarding the intranet has been very positive.
We continue to partner with Itis for the service’s maintenance and development, which we refer to as Care.
