The Association for Finnish Work became Suomalainen työ. When the Suomalainen työ brand identity was updated, it was also time for the website to better serve current and potential members, as well as other target audiences. The website is the organization’s most important tool for marketing communications, information sharing, and member acquisition.
In addition to a visually striking and accessible user interface, the service’s key functionalities—such as the company and label search as well as membership application forms—were carefully defined, designed, and implemented.
We did
We executed the renewal comprehensively. After collaborative definition and design workshops, user experience and interface design, software development, integration implementation, and testing, we launched a digital service that is second to none.
Post-launch, we ensure the service is well-maintained while monitoring the achievement of goals with our comprehensive analytics tracking. Service performance, user behavior, and conversions are continuously monitored and analyzed. Data-driven insights guide ongoing development to make the service even more successful.
The service was built using the WordPress content management system and includes numerous custom content types, multiple content blocks, diverse functionalities, and a bidirectional Salesforce integration.
The new digital service serves as the heart of Suomalainen työ online, seamlessly connecting members, prospective members, and the organization’s staff more efficiently. It is a tool that makes the value of Suomalainen työ visible and supports the organization’s vital mission well into the future.
